Tourism suppliers are CVBs, lodging properties, winter and summer resorts, adventure outfitters, shopping facilities, attractions, air tour, state tourism office or other DMO, sightseeing and transportation providers from the states of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, and any Canadian suppliers are welcome to attend as a primary registrant. What's Included: One set of pre—scheduled appointments (if registered before the appointment selection process closes) Comprehensive digital resource manual with full contact information Discounted hotel room rates (if registered before the reservation cut-off date) One breakfast, three lunches, and evening events with fun, food, and dancing!     FAM Trips Glendale, Arizona THIS FAM-TRIP IS FULL AND NO LONGER TAKING APPLICATIONS. PLEASE CHECK OUT ONE OF OUR OTHER FAM-TRIP OPPORTUNITIES. FAM Trip attendees are required to arrange their own transportation to arrive in Phoenix/ Glendale, Arizona on Thursday, January 2nd. At the end of the FAM, organizers will then transport you to the start of Go West Summit. All requests are subject to approval by each FAM trip organizer. FAM itineraries are subject to change. Participation in FAM trips requires buyers to complete the entire FAM trip. Late arrival and early departure requests will not be honored. FAM trips are coordinated by and requests are reviewed by the agency in which the event takes place. Go West Summit is not granted any approval rights since they neither created nor administered them. What does it take to host a Go West Summit? Join our ever-expanding list of Go West Summit host destinations! Take a peek at our room night and meeting space requirements here to get more information about hosting a future Go West Summit! Who will attend? US-and Canada-based tourism suppliers representing CVBs, lodging properties, resorts, adventure outfitters, shopping facilities, attractions, and state departments of tourism are invited to register and take appointments with buyers responsible for bringing visitors to the American West. Qualified journalists specializing in the American West are also welcome to attend and meet with suppliers to generate articles in some of the world's leading international publications and digital media. What about secondary registrations? Secondary registrations are available for both buyers and suppliers. Secondary registrants enjoy all the deliverables of a primary registration, but they share one set of appointments with the primary delegate. Go West Summit has created an innovative alternative to our traditional meeting format that allows you to view specific appointment opportunities and request a meeting; no more waiting for a final appointment schedule. At the event, suppliers will use their appointment schedule to visit buyers at their tables during the two days of Marketplace on Tuesday and Wednesday. Every 12 minutes, a bell rings and suppliers move to their next appointment. The appointment selection process opens on December 3, 2024 and closes December 20, 2024. How do I cancel a meeting? During the appointment selection process select "Request Meetings with Companies" on your appointment dashboard, then click the Marketplace button of the appointment you would like to delete. Click the trash icon beside the appointment. You are welcome to enter text in the chat box describing your reason for canceling. During appointment week, simply email the other party to inform them of the cancelation. Where can I find table lists, my appointment schedule, and other important information? The Agua Caliente Cultural Plaza features the new Agua Caliente Cultural Museum, The Spa at Séc-he that celebrates the Tribe's ancient Agua Caliente Hot Mineral Spring, a Gathering Plaza, and an Oasis Trail. Building upon the traditions of the Agua Caliente people and the world-renowned natural features of their ancestral lands, the new Agua Caliente Cultural Plaza encompasses a wide range of experiences and learning opportunities that convey the values and legacy of the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians. A special thank you to the Tribe for granting special approval for this event and to Visit California for their financial support this evening and their Visit Native California tourism initiative. Afterward, everyone is encouraged to experience Palm Springs VillageFest , a weekly street fair featuring arts, crafts, food, and entertainment. The Palm Springs VillageFest is in downtown Palm Springs, on Palm Canyon Drive between Baristo and Amado Roads. Friday, January 10 — Destination Day New for 2025! Destination Day offers more access and control to all Go West Summit attendees wishing to explore Palm Springs by offering discounted tickets or free admission to some truly incredible experiences. Learn more about Destination Day HERE . FAM Trips Buyers and journalists are invited to explore destinations and hotels across the American West before and after the show. Several multiday excursions are offered to registered delegates. Additional Information coming soon.

  • Arizona | Go West Summit

    FAM Trips Arizona THIS FAM-TRIP IS FULL AND NO LONGER TAKING APPLICATIONS. PLEASE CHECK OUT ONE OF OUR OTHER FAM-TRIP OPPORTUNITIES. Post-FAM organizers will transport you from Go West Summit Palm Spring to the start of the trip. Attendees are responsible for their own transportation home from Phoenix, Arizona on January 15th. All requests are subject to approval by each FAM trip organizer. FAM itineraries are subject to change. Participation in FAM trips requires buyers to complete the entire FAM trip. Late arrival and early departure requests will not be honored. FAM trips are coordinated by and requests are reviewed by the agency in which the event takes place. Go West Summit is not granted any approval rights since they neither created nor administered them. Each agency has been asked by their partners to first grant permission to buyers and journalists representing their key markets before considering requests outside those markets, so be sure your profile is accurate and up-to-date before submitting your requests.
