(Pages or groups on social media sites do not qualify.) Appointments are conducted in English; translators are invited to attend at the secondary delegate registration cost. Your Registration Package Includes: One set of pre-scheduled appointments (if registered before the appointment selection process closes) One breakfast, three lunches, and evening events with fun, food, and networking!     Media Who Qualifies to Attend? To be qualified, media must be: Journalists who cater to an international audience Able to provide distribution/readership information upon registering Able to provide previous examples of published works* upon request for qualification purposes * Published works must be about travel within the American West. Media are expressly forbidden to sell advertising to suppliers while on the floor . Suppliers pay their registration fee and expect to discuss and sell their products or services with the media. Go West Summit now offers a Tech and Marketing Provider registration designed for companies looking to sell their products and services to suppliers during Marketplace. What's Included: One set of pre-scheduled appointments (if registered before the appointment selection process closes) Delegate profile directory One breakfast, three lunches, and evening events with fun, food, and dancing! Discounted hotel room rates (if registered before the reservation cut-off date) FAM Trip consideration “Best of the West” itineraries Access to Destination Day activities How to Register: Registration begins June 1, 2026.
