Who Qualifies to Attend?

Tourism suppliers are CVBs, lodging properties, winter and summer resorts, adventure outfitters, shopping facilities, attractions, air tour, state tourism office or other DMO, sightseeing and transportation providers from U.S. States West of the Mississippi River:  Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, & Wyoming.

 

We also welcome suppliers from Western Canada and Mexico to attend.

What's Included:

  • One set of pre—scheduled appointments (if registered before the appointment selection process closes.)

  • Comprehensive digital resource manual with full contact information.

  • Discounted hotel room rates (if registered before the reservation cut-off date.)

  • One breakfast, three lunches, and evening events with fun, food, and networking!

  • Access to Destination Day Activities.

How to Register:

  1. Suppliers are invited to register at the standard rate of $3,695.

  2. Click the registration button below to complete your registration form and submit your payment.

  3. You will receive an email confirmation that includes instructions as well as other important Go West Summit information.

  4. Secondary registrations are available at a discounted rate of $2,300 and can be found on the primary registrant's landing page, under the Registrations Tab.

    • Secondary delegates share their set of appointments with the primary registrant.

    • Because Marketplace tables only accommodate two chairs, one secondary registration is permitted per primary registrant's account.

Three Options to Pay:

  1. Select ACH payment to receive a link to the ACH payment portal.

  2. Click the option to be invoiced and pay via check.

  3. Pay today with a debit or credit card.

Cancellation Policy

  • Attendees who wish to cancel on or before February 2, 2026: Full refund (less a $75 processing fee)

  • February 3, 2026- March 2, 2026: 50% refund will be granted.

  • No refunds after March 3, 2026, for no—shows or “acts of God.”

  • Cancellation requests must be sent here.​
