Who Qualifies to Attend?
Tourism suppliers are CVBs, lodging properties, winter and summer resorts, adventure outfitters, shopping facilities, attractions, air tour, state tourism office or other DMO, sightseeing and transportation providers from U.S. States West of the Mississippi River: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Kansas, Louissianna, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, & Wyoming. We are also welcoming suppliers from Western Canada and Mexico to attend as well.

Cancellation Policy

Attendees who wish to cancel on or before February 2, 2026: Full refund (less a $75 processing fee)

February 3, 2026- March 2, 2026: 50% refund will be granted.

No refunds after March 3, 2026, for no—shows or “acts of God.”

Required Presence: Future attendance at Go West Summit will be reviewed for those who cancel immediately after being declined for FAM trips, do not honor scheduled appointments, or use their appointment time inappropriately.
