Who Qualifies to Attend?
Tourism suppliers are CVBs, lodging properties, winter and summer resorts, adventure outfitters, shopping facilities, attractions, air tour, state tourism office or other DMO, sightseeing and transportation providers from U.S. States West of the Mississippi River: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, & Wyoming.
We also welcome suppliers from Western Canada and Mexico.

How to Register:

Registration begins June 1, 2026.

Click the registration button below to complete your registration form and submit your payment.

You will receive an email confirmation, which includes instructions and other important Go West Summit information.

Secondary registration for an additional attendee is available and can be found on the primary registrant's landing page, under the Registrations Tab.

Secondary delegates share the set of appointments with the primary registrant.

Because Marketplace tables only accommodate two chairs, one secondary registration is permitted per primary registrant's account.

Cancellation Policy

Attendees who wish to cancel on or before December 27, 2026: Full refund (less a $75 processing fee)

December 28, 2026 - January 24, 2027: 50% refund will be granted.

No refunds after January 25, 2027, for no—shows or “acts of God.”
