Who Qualifies to Attend?

Internationally based tour operator or wholesaler

Large volume domestic tour operator sourcing own product

All buyers must be an established operator selling pre-packaged or customized multiday tours to Go West Summit states or Canadian provinces, produce a brochure promoting these tours, and have a working website. (Pages or groups on social media sites do not qualify.) Appointments are conducted in English; translators are invited to attend at the secondary delegate registration cost.

Cancellation Policy

Attendees who wish to cancel on or before February 2, 2026: Full refund (less a $75 processing fee)

February 3, 2026- March 2, 2026: 50% refund will be granted.

No refunds after March 3, 2026, for no—shows or “acts of God.”

Required Presence: Future attendance at Go West Summit will be reviewed for those who cancel immediately after being declined for FAM trips, do not honor scheduled appointments, or use their appointment time inappropriately.​
