FAM Trips

​FAM Trip attendees are required to arrange their own transportation to arrive in Reno, Nevada by 5:00 PM on Friday, March 27th, 2026.  At the end of the FAM, organizers will then fly attendees to the start of Go West Summit. Participants are responsible for their own accommodations once they arrive in Las Vegas on Monday, March 3oth.

 

All requests are subject to approval by each FAM trip organizer. FAM itineraries are subject to change. Participation in FAM trips requires buyers to complete the entire FAM trip. Late arrival and early departure requests will not be honored.

 

FAM trips are coordinated by and requests are reviewed by the agency in which the event takes place. Go West Summit is not granted any approval rights since they neither created nor administered them.

 

Each agency has been asked by their partners to first grant permission to buyers and journalists representing their key markets before considering requests outside those markets, so be sure your profile is accurate and up-to-date before submitting your requests.​
