Group 1 will begin at 9:00 am by walking to the Forever Marilyn statue in Palm Springs. From there, the Visit Greater Palm Springs team will split everyone into three smaller groups for three hotel tours (Kimpton , Palm Mountain & The Avalon ). Each is within walking distance of the Marilyn statue, and each other. The three groups will rotate their tours before loading onto the coach for the next stop, the Ritz-Carlton Rancho Mirage . Afterwards, lunch is tentatively scheduled at the Acrisure Arena followed by a brief tour. Following lunch, the group will visit the JW Marriott Desert Springs with the final stop at The Indian Wells Golf Resort . This final stop will not only showcase the 36-hole golf facility but provide an opportunity for nearby hotel reps to join for networking and give a brief 5-minute presentation. The hotels currently scheduled to attend include The Renaissance Esmeralda , Grand Hyatt , La Quinta Resort and Residence Inn La Quinta . Our anticipated return to Palm Springs is around 4:00 pm. Group 2 completes this itinerary in reverse, starting at Indian Wells Golf Resort and finishing in downtown Palm Springs. We will most likely have them depart from the Renaissance Palm Springs around 8:30 am. Both groups will meet/cross paths at the Acrisure Arena for lunch. How to Book: Reservations are required. What about adding a second person? Secondary registrations are available for buyers and suppliers. Secondary registrants enjoy all the deliverables of a primary registration but share one set of Marketplace appointments with the primary delegate. About a month before Go West Summit, appointment schedules open, allowing attendees to log in to their accounts, review company profiles, and request meetings for the two-day Marketplace. Remember to check back regularly to view new registrants, incoming requests, or adjust your schedule. The system automatically approves appointment requests after 72 hours, but these can easily be canceled or rescheduled when necessary. Appointment scheduling closes a week before the Summit, so attendees already know who they will meet with before they travel. During the appointment selection process select "Request Meetings with Companies" on the appointment dashboard, then click the Marketplace button of the appointment to be deleted. Click the trash icon beside the appointment. Attendees are welcome to enter text in the chat box describing their reason for canceling. If a meeting needs to be canceled after appointments close or during appointment week, simply email the other party to inform them of the cancelation. Image courtesy LVCVA FAM Trips 2026 FAM Trips will be announced in the Fall of 2025. Subscribe to our email list to be alerted once FAM Trips are announced. All requests are subject to approval by each FAM trip organizer. FAM itineraries are subject to change. Participation in FAM trips requires buyers to complete the entire FAM trip. Late arrival and early departure requests will not be honored. All Pre-FAM attendees are responsible for their own transportation to the start of the FAM Trip. Organizers will transport attendees to Las Vegas for Go West Summit 2026. Attendees are responsible for their own transportation home. At the end of Go West Summit, Post-FAM organizers will transport attendees to the start of their FAM Trips. Attendees are responsible for their own transportation home at the end of the FAM Trip. FAM trips are coordinated by and requests are reviewed by the agency in which the event takes place. Go West Summit is not granted any approval rights since they have neither created nor administered them. Each agency has been asked by their partners to first grant permission to buyers and journalists representing their key markets before considering requests outside those markets, so be sure your profile is accurate and up-to-date before submitting your requests. Pre-FAM organizers will determine their start location and ask you to join them there. They will then transport you to the start of Go West Summit. Post-FAM organizers will transport you from Go West Summit to the start of their trip. It will be your responsibility to arrange your flight from your final destination.
