Who Qualifies to Attend:

Tourism Suppliers are CVBs, lodging properties, winter and summer resorts, adventure outfitters, shopping facilities, attractions, air tour, state tourism office or other DMO, sightseeing and transportation providers from the states of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, Canadian suppliers, and AIANTA members. Suppliers must be currently working with and/or looking to increase international sales for the long term.

What's Included

  • Admission for ONE delegate only
  • One set of pre-scheduled appointments - approximately 20-25 appointments (until the appointment selection process closes)
  • A reduced hotel rate (until capacity is reached)
  • 1 breakfast, 3 lunches, 2 dinners
  • Comprehensive attendee resource manual with full contact information
  • Complimentary or reduced rates on Adventure Day activities (until capacity is reached)

How To Register

  • Complete the  registration form.
  • You will receive an email confirmation that includes instructions as well as other important Go West Summit information.

Cancellation Policy

On or before Oct. 13, 2017: Full refund less a $150 fee ($175 if paid by credit card).
Oct. 14 – Nov. 20, 2017: 50% refund will be granted (less $25 if paid by credit card). No refunds after Nov. 20, 2017, for no-shows or “Acts of God.” Cancellations must be sent to: info@gowestsummit.com.
Required Presence: Future attendance at Go West Summit will be reviewed for those who consistently
cancel, no show, or do not honor scheduled appointments.
Badges: Each delegate is required to wear their name badge for admittance to all
Go West Summit functions. Badges may not be shared or exchanged. Lost badges will be replaced only with proper ID.

Spouse / Guest

Due to the business atmosphere and networking focus, neither spouse nor social guest registrations are available for any official GWS function.
