I'm a SupplierRegistration Opens June 4, 2012: Who Qualifies to Attend: Tourism Suppliers are CVBs, lodging properties, winter and summer resorts, adventure outfitters, shopping facilities, attractions, air tour, state tourism office or other DMO, sightseeing and transportation providers from the states of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. Buddy Program The Buddy Program was designed to match experienced attendees with Tour Operators and Suppliers new to Go West Summit. Take a look and let us know if you'd like to take part. Cancellation Policy Cancellations on or before October 15, 2012: full refund less a $200 fee ($225 if paid by credit card). Between October 16 and November 19: 50% refund (less $25 if paid by credit card). No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after November 19 or for no-shows.
